Create phased Master Plan for mixed-use development of mutli-family housing, senior living and single family housing for home ownership.

Provide retail, office and hotel facilities and recreational areas tying into surrounding community.

Design 196 new 1, 2, & 3 bedroom mixed-income rental apartments with brick veneer, cement board siding, cement board and extruded aluminum trim, combined 25 year asphalt shingles and standing seam roofing on wood framing and poured concrete foundations.
