Built with wood-framed and masonry walls, wood roof and floor trusses with brick veneer, aluminum-framed insulated glazing and doors, an elevator with standing seam roof, and built-in gutters with exposed downspouts.

Provide the cube-shaped double story community room that provides an architectural pivot from the housing facing the main street to the proposed urban plaza which will provide the front entrances to retail, hotel and medium-density housing in future phases.
